RALEIGH—Raleigh police said they made an arrest in the death of a woman found in her north Raleigh home Saturday morning.

Police say a neighbor found Alison Jurich, 34, dead in her home on Rockwood Drive around 11 a.m.. On Sunday afternoon, police arrested and charged Robert Daidone, 22, with murder. Authorities arrested Daidone in Chatham County and later transported him to the Wake County Jail.

It took police several hours before they were able to obtain a warrant to enter Jurich's home. There is no information on what caused the delay. Police have not released any information on how Jurich died. ClientIP: UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
